Unhappy with Drain Experts

This is actually not a complaint against Nedbank although there are some issues with their communication. I had plumbers on the 28th March to replace my toilet, a week later it started leaking from a different place from the original leak. They came back broke the wall at the back of my house and apparently it was fixed mind you they did not clean afterwards or paint. Another week later the same place was leaking again. I called them they came through did I don't know what but the problem was not solved. It is now the fourth time, they came through on Saturday broke the wall again and the problem is still not solved. I have been more than patient with them, there's towels all over my bathroom as I am avoiding a flood in my house. I am really, really frustrated. I always need to take time off work and the telephone costs which they will not be liable for. As they are Nedbank's suppliers I urge you to intervene and get a plumber who is competent and knows what they doing. This is unacceptable. I just want my toilet to work properly.
