Unhappy new Customer

I had Ordered my Credit card around the 16th of December 2019 and i am still awaiting Delivery for the same. been told on multiple calls that its at card Distribution centre since the 3rd of January, i went to east rand branch twice to see if it arrived without me been notified and there is no sign of it. still waiting and been told the same excuse every day that it will be sent to my bank soon..... but since the 3rd of January?
