Unhappy Nedbank stopped debit order now i must pay
Good day

My Name is Bernadine Arendorff Nee Adams

I went on maternity Leave in July 2014 last year i made a payment arrangement of 500 for September and October and agreed that full installment can be deducted in November 2014.

i returned to work Nedbank then debited the full installment from November i settled arrears in January and Ned bank still continued to debit my account .

in May and June they just stopped debiting my account , i was not aware as i did not request any stop order at this time.

In July Nedbank contacted me to discuss the arrears my normal installment is R1942 each month they requested i pay additional amount each month of nearly R500 since August now my arrears is still R3800.

i feel its unfair to expect me to keep paying this as i was not the one who requested them to stop and now it doesn't even look like my arrears is ever going to be paid up.

Now i been told that i was suppose to inform them to continue with debit order after i made the arrangements and no said i must call again to start the deductions on my bank account.

you can request all calls and note this is unfair as i never requested them to stop the debits on my account
Kind regards
