Unhappy Nedbank account holder

Nedbank offered me a Cheque account in February 2021, and because I have loan, I will get rebate of R200 every month. I met the requirements and they came up with stories if I was using the Nedbank App, of which I am, my debit orders come out of this account, my salary goes in on this account. In the month of April my first debit order for the loan came out from this account. It use to go out from my old account.
