Unhappy customer

Good day u went to nedbank im so very disappointed with the service i got i submitted a letter of Authority so they told me that u must go back to the court to ask them to send a confirmation so i went to the court the court says nedbank should send an email to the master of high court so now is like im being stupid running around. im very dissapointed
