Unhappy client

I have requested assistance via emails and phone calls but till today no one from MFC collections has called me to assist me but I keep on getting funny notices. Now I do not know where to go for help because I am not getting any joy I am reaching out using all the communications but I am not getting any help. This is my last resort if I am not getting any help here then Ombudsman will be the last step I take.
