Unhappy client

I went there with my Uncle to get him a new card, but some of the staff members were really not helpful. One lady in particular who was on a VIDEO call with a friend and couldn’t be bothered that we were calling her to help us with the machine that gives new cards. Even when we were helped by someone else she was still on the call while there was a client sitting on her desk. Her station is middle one on the right as you enter the branch. Nedbank protea gardens mall staff please do better.
