Unhappy client

I went in to nedbank today at the Phoenix plaza, the service i received today was very poor they made me wait for 10 minutes without any help. When someone did come to assist me the lady spoke to me very unprofessional and she was so rude, i was banking with them for the past 12 years and a week ago i changed my bank. I will never bank with nedbank again. WORSE BANK EVER.
