Unhappy client

Nedbank have informed me that they have recovered my funds that was sent to FNB bank on 3 of September 2025 ND I have signed the necessary documents on the 3 September 2025 at the brench for the funds to be credited to my account until today 19 September 2025 I still haven't received my funds when I do a follow up every one has a different story I'm talking about 140k I don't understand what take so long because funds were recovered this is so unbearable Nedbank
