Unhappy client.

I had a home insurance with Nedbank my garage ceiling collapsed I've been staying in my house for the past 6 years Nedbank insurance rejected my claim on the basis that incorrect nails were used and the space between was supposed to be 40-45cm how was I supposed to know? Was I supposed to strip the whole house to check what ***** or nail was used on the ceiling? Or even check the cement for future claims? They just took my money for nothing. ****mers
