Unhappy client

To whom it may concern

All the other banks have fixed or restored their ATMs that were damaged last year during the looting however I feel like Nedbank does not take their clients and our money seriously, I've noticed that many Nedbank ATMs have not been fixed maybe we nolonger important to you... I resides in mofolo south soweto near crossroad we had an ATMs inside and outside SHELL filling station and both of them are no longer there and the other one in Caltex filling station does not work as well. Are you implying that we must close our accounts with you because we can't be paying taxi fare to do the withdrawals and what about the people who doesn't even have that taxi fare what are they supposed to do?
