Unhappy client

Worse customer service ever received, still waiting for my bank card...Their strategy is 2-3 day....It should be 2-3 weeks rather, still waiting just over 2 weeks, called their call center 4 times" sorry for that sir we will escalate" today they put the blame on DSV their courier company. In the mean time im building up transactions fees cos I have to make use of alternative ways to get money. BAD SERVICE people, WiSH I CAN RATE THEM 0
