Unhappy Client

I made a payment arrangement after my account was handed over with the Nedbank Credit Card division and I have been making payment since however Nedbank has not updated the information with the credit bureau and it is still reflecting an amount that has dropped drastically please may information be updated accordingly as I have queried this before and I was advised that this is updating
