Unhappy client

My mother went to the Nedbank branch on the bluff to enquire about a debit order. They advised it was reversed and she went bank to the branch and they advised her to wait. She’s been on the phone since this morning. She’s received no assistance and just a rude consultant and the rest don’t know how to help. Can someone please help her.
