Unhappy client

Nedbank loans have a very bad collection time/date. Whenever they find money in your account, whether it's month end or not they deduct. I called them several times to complain, nothing is done. Today it's the 24th, they took my money that I needed to use for something else. The agreement was the last day of the month.
