Unhappy client

My credit account was handed over to Rossouw attorneys,I made arrangements to pay every month,I never miss a payment and always pay on time, however I am constantly harrased with threatening Sms messages stating I will be served with summons.

I called their offices,spoke to Norah who was very rude,bully,n very disrespectful,it is not my fault that payment is not reflecting as yet on their system,I have paid like I always do every month.

Can the rudeness and disrespect be addressed.
