unhappy and frustrated with NEdbank

I shared my frustration about nedbank and the very next day,they send me a collection text and yet they have not rep**** to my cry.I am very sad and frustrated that they dont seem to care nor have interest in sorting out my issues I will find a way to handle this however their service sucks
