Unhappy

Today I went to ATM of Nedbank, to withdraw a amount of R200, and then I saw a message of R3000 in cell phone for withdraw, instance of R200. It look like a machine was ******, after that I went to strength to Nedbank to open a new card. I try to I was try to call them to block my card, they result that I received from Nedbank they say that. They can't replace my money, because it was a withdrawal. Please can assist me to get it back my money
