Unfair&ruthless practices by Nedbank card

When I app**** for the credit card I requested that the debit order be on the 20th of each month but to my surprise they debiting my acc on odd days which ends up creating an unpaid on my profile and I end up with the charges of the unpaid. That messes up my profile and I would like them to rectify this by paying me the money charged for the unpaids and have the debit order date corrected to the 20th of each month like I asked. Furthermore, I would like my ITC profile updated correctly.
