unfairly under debt review

My father has a personal loan with nedbank. He is unfairly put under debt review by MFA Consulting. He had gone to the branch to ask them to help him but he never got any assistance. I had called them and I even emailed to ask them to send me any proof that shows he had signed or agreed to be put under debt review. But they never sent it. We even logged a complain on their system even now they have not responded. A lot has happened and this is draining it is also affecting his credit life. I have all the proof of all the steps and everything we did to resolve this matter. I hope someday this could get resolved.
