Unfairly treated

I'm so disappointed to see the bank official can be so cruel not to look at the best concern of the client but only their interest of making money even sees the truth that the client is been cheated through the product they failed to check the authenticity of it before they can finance it. I'm finance by Mfc to the car has so many defects that I had personally seek professional diagnosis but still to them im told about the period . I'm not happy at all or is because I am a woman thats why my consumer rights are so badly violated by the bank . I could had not complain about it if was no problem which was in place during the period of 6months as stipulated . what do they assist me to seek report of the car from the dealership or did their own diagnosis to see if the current diagnosis conducted by the technician is not tru or valid
