Unfairly listed

I’m writing to make a formal complaint against Netbank. My complaint is that they failed to provide me with the satisfactory service. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Netbank and I was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe this response was unfair.

I have credit card with Netbank failed to make payments for 4 months due to financial issues however I called to make arrangements that I am currently paying R1300 via debit order.

Regardless of making arrangements I’ve discovered that I have been listed. I called them to make an enquiry and they told me that they can only clear me when I am done paying which I feel it is unfair on my side.

I would like for them to clear me cause this is causing bad record for me it was only 4months of me not being unable to pay already I’m being listed No! I need for this mess to be sorted.
