unfairly charged R270 HonFee

I cancelled a service with a service provider at the beginning of the month. I got a message from the provider close to the end of the month that they were going to debit my account. I called nedbank and they said they were going to cancel the debit order on their side. However, on the 1st of Nov the debit order went through and reversed on the 4th. A HonFee of r270 was charged to my account. That service fee was unfairly charged and should be returned to my account
