Unfair treatment by the bank and ombudman

There is a property that was about to be repossessed and I made an offer for an amount of R700 000.00 to the owners.i app**** for a bond of R550 000 .00 at Nedbank.My bond was approved by the same bank repossessing the house which is Nedbank and I made a down payment of R150 000.00.I payed all the costs to the lawyers to transfer the property in my name.To my suprise Nedbank through their lawyers decided to auctioned the house even if the house is already in the process of being transferred in my name.The said house was sold to an estate agent to the value of R590 000.00 far less than my offer citing that my offer is too low.I lodge a complain with banking ombudman and in short this is her response , the bank followed the right legal process and they cannot accede to my request.
