Unfair treatment by Nedbank Insurance department.

I had an unfortunate experience of a ceiling collapse at my house which I own and paid for 15 years and I got the ceiling fixed as it was a safety hazard and it contained asbestos material in it which is not good when one inhale the fibres. To my surprise my claim of R31k was rejected and the so called assessor is blaming uneven roof tiles sure to roof trusses and he did not even share the report with me and let alone what qualifies him as a structural expert 😀
