Unfair treatment by Nedbank Home loans and their attorneys Hammond and Pole

I took out a home loan with Nedbank in 2017. I paid every month and made sure my payment were up to date. Unfortunately life happened and finances became tight. I paid the loan as often as possible but started falling behind. I tried making arrangements at numerous times with no success as Nedbank were not interested in making an arrangement. Then I became retrenched due to Covid and sent all the information to Nedbank and still they didn't make an arrangement. Now they want to throw me out the house, I have sent them proof that in the next few months my finances will improve as both myself and my spouse will be starting higher paying jobs but they don't care. They got their attorneys Hammond and Pole to lodge a summons against me and refuse still to make any arrangements. They just want me out of the house so they can sell it and then if they don't sell it for enough I still need to pay what remains of the loan. What about my right to have a home? It's in the constitution that I have a right to my home. I am warning everyone away from Nedbank Home Loans, they do not have a heart and do not care at all about their clients. STAY AWAY FROM NEDBANK
