Unfair Treatment by Nedbank

Nedbank credit department is ***********, they insist that I am under debt review, when I am not. I have sent them all supporting documents to prove this and all credit bureaus confirm that I am not under debt review. They are telling me to obtain a court order proving that I'm not under debt review? what is that???
