Unfair Treatment by MFC - Refusal to Assist with Repayment Plan

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from MFC. Despite my efforts to negotiate a reduced monthly installment due to unforeseen financial difficulties, they refused to assist me.

My monthly installment is R5000, which is unsustainable for me. I requested a reduction to R3800 or less because my salary is just R7000 and an extension of the repayment period, but MFC declined. Their refusal to work with me has caused significant financial stress.

They want me to pay R6200 from a salary of R7000 , how am I supposed to pay my other obligations and buy groceries for my family, how can I survive with only R800, they are unfair and unrealistic.

I believe MFC's actions are unfair and unreasonable. As a credit provider, they should be willing to work with customers facing financial difficulties.
