Unfair early debit orders by Nedbank

I took a loan from Nedbank and I clearly indicated my salary payment date. However, Nedbank continues to debit my account before I receive my salary. This practice is both unfair and inconvenient, as it creates unnecessary financial pressure. I do not understand why Nedbank cannot adhere to the agreed debit date. As a customer, I expect the bank to honor the terms discussed and provide a service that respect my financial commitment s.
