Unfair dismissal

I have been employed by Nedbank from 2018 July of which I was unfortunately relocated every year since 2019 which had a huge impact on my performance and that was never considered at all. I had to move with my teen son who was immensely affected by the instability and my finances were always affected. I have been dismissed last November for poor performance and was only at the particular branch for less than a year. I know of people who haven't been performing well but are still kept within the system simply because they associate with management. I took the company to ccma for unfair dismissal and all they said is that they can only compensate for 1 month basic salary. Nedbank claims to be people centred and a great place to work according to their brand values which a total lie. It has proved to be a good platform to frustrate people with their way of treating employees. You have an Regional manager who has horrible tendencies of threatening and intimidating stuff members. I have been a victim of his tactics where he approached me at some point saying I must be aware that certain employees on my level have been dismissed. What kind of leadership skills are this whereby you have team leaders who have the nerve to tell to rather resign from my job?? So many power mongers who thrive on other people's misery. I am so disgusted by the way my case was handled I have suffered abuse on the hands of ******* employer. That can't even respect their clients and play tactics when they have to approve for credit applications. Most 9f the applications are taken to the called investigation unit which takes days before the loans can be approved for payment and they have the audacity to tell me about performance!!! This bank is very disrespectful when it comes to clients ... I even wrote to the MD about the case and since his office said they will investigate and give feedback I'm still waiting since beginning of December. In this day and age with the expensive living expenses Nedbank still see it fit and just to pay a salary of less than R12000 monthly and are even proud over such insult to black people whom they pressurise daily.
