Unfair deductions in my credit card account

I have a credit card with Nedbank. This bank is not fair, their keep on deducting Telephone Banking (Assisted) in my credit card even I never request their service to assist me with telephone banking.

Last month on the 05/01/2018 R14.04 was deducted as telephone assisted for service I didn't request or call and again on 02/02/2018 R14.04 was deducted for telephone assisted that I never request.

This bank now owes me R28.08. Please refund me my money in the credit card or close this account I will see how to pay you.

Fix your system that's keep deducting R14.04 in my credit card every month.
