UNFAIR CHARGES FOR STATEMENTS

I requested statement via the atm.I used the atm and no statements were coming.I was advised by the guard outside to use the other atm.i received the 3 months bank statement but was charged an amount of more than R200.This is ******* as it was not my fault.I logged a request online on the chat but up to date no one has gotten back to me or called me.I work for nedbank,its quite bad
