Unfair bank account closure..

I received an email yesterday from Johan Meyer,credit risk Nedbank it says my current account and linked savings account will be closed soon,since I have defaulted on my personal loan.okay but I was only given 1 day notice.why was I not noticed prior a month before atleast. I made arrangements to pay my loan but now,when I was supposed to accept debit check on the app,my accounts had disappeared just like that.no one called me to notice me that the account will be closed yesterday. The customer service at nedbank is horrible. Now it makes it more difficult to make payments arrangements.they said my account is closed but my nightshift allowance was deposited on same account today and they took it all.they have access to take money on my account but to me it's closed..
