Unexplained delay in terminating a Trust account

Nedbank Trust has been delaying to close down a Trust account opened after my late mother passing, although the masters court gave permission to close down the trust years ago. Our late mother assets which is our inheritance are tied down in the trust and small funds. They made us fill the same forms countless times, we not updated on anything, we make follow up's and are ignored. It's been almost 10 years since my late mother passed. We always advised to have wills, my mother had a will, she is being failed by Nedbank and their Trustees. I have no words to describe how horrible your service has been.
