Unexplained Deductions and Financial Hardship

On 22 December, I noticed that Nedbank had deducted available funds from my cheque account without any prior notice or explanation. This deduction has left me in a dire financial situation, especially considering the time of the year. The lack of funds has prevented me from fulfilling various obligations, and it has had a profound impact on my ability to provide for my family during the holiday season. On top of that I had to cancel all scheduled payments but will not be able to cancel my debit orders. This simply means that my account is going to be overdrawn and the same Nedbank is going to call me for this.
