Unexpectable waiting period

Im been waiting for an payment from 12/06/2024 until 16/06/2024 today still the payment not cleared ,also can not follow up an payment reference myself because the payment was made from business account.The business phones Nedbank and Nedbank confirm the payment was made.Im having financial constraints due to not having money over the long weekend and Im a provider in my house hold.
