********* treatment at Nebdank Mtubatuba branch by the Branch Manager and her staff member

Hi , I want to report about dissatisfaction at Nedbank Mtubatuba branch. One of the staff of Nedbank damaged my car on tuesday last week and the lady by name Mbali gave me an attitude if i try talking to her regarding fixing of my car. i am a commission earner and since last week i didnt go to work as my car is damaged. So today i decided to go to the branch maybe they can try to talk to her as she doesnt want to help me., The manager just shouted at me infront of the staff, clients telling me that she doesnt want to hear anything from me, so its like The manager is supporting what her employee did to me, all i wanted was her to listen to what i came for and speak with her employee. i was with my colleage and people who were inside were amazed by the treatment. What sadden me is she is working and i cant go to work i have family to feed, if i dont work this month which means i wont get paid. All i waht is her to fix my car so that i can go back to work.
