********* Practices
Nedbank has taken the stance that it is not obliged to update Credit Bureaus that is it receiving regular monthly payments from honest clients that are making every effort to maintain an honesty and pay their debt. This clearly displays ********* and dishonest behaviour from what is meant to be a reputable financial institution. They feel they will only update once they have received their money in full regardless of the damage they are doing to individuals. As per the Credit Bureau as well as other financial institutions recommendation, it is in fact the responsibility of the credit Provider (which Nedbank is) to provide honest and regular updates to the Credit Bureaus, but instead they think it's best to waste their resources in harassing their clients who are already making regular payments and do not see the benefit in training their staff to do their jobs properly to minimise the stress on their clients and ensure a more streamlined interaction.
