The signatories of Women Unlimited Club withdraw money from Nedbank (CBD), Mandela Street in Emalahleni Mpumalanga Province on 13 April 2021. We were ****** an amount of R2000. 00 by the teller. We withdraw an amount of 12500.00 but she gave us 10500.00.

We went to the bank yesterday (15 April 2021) & spoke to the teller who assisted us, she agree that she didn't gave us the whole amount, we asked why didn't you call us, she said she was confused & told us to wait for her manager who was held up in a meeting.

Unfortunately we had to leave since we waited for hours without assisted as one of us had to attend a meeting at work. We told the teller about our situation & that we will come back today ( 16 April 2021)

We went to the bank today ( 16 April 2021) only to find that the team leader for marketing ( sales) who was informed yesterday ( 15 April 2021) didn't even inform the branch manager about the matter since the direct team leader for tellers has been sick as from Tuesday (13 April 2021).

I am really concerned about processes of which the branch manager should have been informed on the same day of incident or a day after. The branch manager said we must wait for him to conduct an investigation on matter. On the other had we are unable to catter for the expenses of the burial to be held tomorrow yet we had entrusted Nedbank to take care of our money & withdraw it, in times of need.

We decided to move our account to onother bank that will offer quality of service & with highly professional ethical staff. We will raise awareness to our colleagues & also our family members with regard to service we received.
