********* behaviour by Nedbank

I'm under debt review and Nedbank has agreed to the terms. This morning I see the premium on my home loan was debited after I already paid my debt councilors R10900. Now I have -R1700 in my account and Nedbank will probably charge me R150 for an unpaid item. This while its Easter weekend and all Nedbank chat can do is tell me to call their DC department during working hours. Meanwhile I have zero money and no way of fixing it.
