Nedbank decided to unilaterally withdraw access to our one account, because they closed an account linked to one of our accounts which cascaded into our others. They then accepted no responsibility, took very few steps to rectify it, and our business that is a business that requires daily cashflow has now been without access to an account for ;1/3 of a month. They then made it our problem to fix, and we STILL do not have access to the account. I would not bank with this bank again if they PAID ME!
