On Saturday 21 November 2020 I spoke to one of your consultants regarding a payment arrangement to pay R1000 and it was accepted

Then on the 4 December 2020,a triple debit went off after I paid the R1000 on the 4th December. I contacted the personal loans department on the 5th and the promise to refund the 3 debit and gave me this reference number ‪***0‬

I need the refund to be done as I need my money
