Unemployement and rude call centre agents

I am unemployed and currantly livong with my mother with the hopes of finding employement to pay my two credit cards, I have tried to make a arrangement to pay R50 for both cards each, in hopes I find employment on time, I did try and make a plan to be a bar lady, but the owner made ***ual advances at me, over the phone becuase of the nature the consultant spoke to me i misinterpret the events of why I left the Bar Lady position. The first time I phoned in to try and explain my situation the first consultant put the phone down in my ear, leaving in tears and then the second call, the lady was rude and had no care whether or not I can make payment, I am living with my mother and she is barely keeping up float and if Nedbank would actualy look at my history on the loans I have made in the past when i was employed, you would see i paid everything in full. I asked the consultant to please give a chance to get employment that she would not have it, it got so out of control that my brother had to take the phone becuase i was hysterical - is Nedbank consultant truely that heartless and do Nedbank nof care about their clients emotional well being when they face employement, this happend to me three time from March to now, I can not see my children and have no income, why can Nedbank especially with the facr thaf unemployment in this country is extremely hard to get for every unemployed south african - why not show compassion - how long have i not been a client of Nedbank - i know my small account dont mean anything to you, but surely you can have some compassion knowing people battle daily with employment
