Undisclosed fees and indiferent staff

Earlier the month I was offered the Vehicle cover for paying my Vehicle if the unexpected happened. I was told it was R1.90 per outstanding R1000 and that there was a once off % commission paid to Nedbank.<br> <br> I get my documentation only to find that there is also a generic fee of R450 which was NEVER disclosed. I emailed in to complain about this underhanded and quite frankly ******* act on 7 Aug detailing the situation and instructing that they either remove the undisclosed fee or cancel the policy, to which I get a reply to on 15 Aug:<br> <br> \Thank you for the email.<br> <br> We understand your frustration
