Undesirable business practice

I went to Alberton City Nedbank, for a Re-investment and asked that they keep everything as is on the 15th of January 2026, my interest to be sent into my account monthly. It has been my income since I am unemployed, I did not receive the interest for January and went at the end of February to find out, I was told the money will be in my account at the end of March. I didn't receive the interest and they confessed that they made a mistake so I have to withdraw the money and be charged interest and yet it is not my fault. My name is Simphiwe Ndima ***
