Understanding Service
I manage several business accounts held at the Cresta Branch of Nedbank and am genuinely appreciative of the prompt, friendly and willing assistance I always receive from Kasturie E'Silva. Nedbank could do well to let her train their staff in customer service.<br> <br> Thank you Kasturie for the many ways in which you have smoothed our path and saved us valuable time.
