Underpaid funeral claim

I enrolled for a funeral payout for my grandmother and I expect to be paid the amount I enrolled for. Nedbank has always been crocks robbing clients, it's their habit. With no communication nor clarity they underpaid me and no one seems to want to give me a proper explanation. This isn't my first time complaining about this bank, they seem UNBOTHERED about their treatment towards clients.
