undermining clients

the level of service i got from nedbank the Glen is by far the most disgusting service can render,bare in mind that i was once also an employee of the same back a year ago.on the 23 Febuary 2021 at 09:39 i walked into nedbank the glen branch to setlle my nedbank personal loan.The service champ assisted so nicely with no complain.My number was called out being numbet T008 AT BULK TELLER NUMBER 5.The lady that assisted me and my mother there was so rude to us to a point that i cant even explain,Number one she did not have her name tag with her secondly she undermine me and my mother probably because we are black and can not have so much money in our accounts.Being an ex nedbank bank employee i would never advise anyone to join the bank.According to her me and my mother are ********** for wanting to settle our personal loan.
