UNDELIVERED CARD!!

I opened an account with Nedbank on Wednesday 14/04/2021 online. I was informed my card will be delivered to me. I used the online chat process and Hlalanathi confirmed the card will be delivered in 3-5 working days. Today is the 23/04/2021 Noi card has been delivered, No notification or any information regarding the card has been sent to me. Again I'm using the chat facility and Thuthukile and I'm being given another story about back office. I left FNB due to their horrific service only to come to an *********** bank that cant even deliver a card. This is the pits!!
