unconsented debit

Years ago when i worked for Joshua Doore i had a loan with Nedbank which coming off my salary via garnish order, when JD group merged and i was retrenched and the agreement between me an JD was to settle garnish in full so i will not have to be burdened with debt until i find work. well now 10 years later having no proof of loan settlement Nedbank finds if fit to deduct R200. in July 2019 now on the 14th December 2019 deducted R4565.98, with no consent given, so phone calls nothing reflected on my ITC checks, and they will not refund, this was money i had in my account to pay my december rent not money kept for luxury.
